Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the TradingSignalNow website and services. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Last updated: March 28, 2026

Introduction

TradingSignalNow (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy describes what information we may collect, why we use it, how we share it, and the choices available to you.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply alongside this Policy.

Definitions

“Service” means the TradingSignalNow website, dashboard, APIs, and related features we operate.

“Personal Data” means information that identifies you or can be linked to you.

“Usage Data” means technical or usage information collected automatically (for example device type, browser, approximate location from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps).

“Account” means the credentials and profile we associate with your registration (such as email sign-in or linked Telegram login flows we support).

Personal data we collect

We may collect:

Account & authentication: email address; password stored using strong one-way hashing; session tokens or cookies that keep you signed in; role flags needed for access control (for example trader vs administrator).

Preferences: language/locale choice saved in your browser.

Broker activation & partner programs: broker user or trader identifiers you submit to verify eligibility for the signal feed, and related records received through affiliate/postback integrations (for example registration or deposit events as reported by the partner — not your trading history on the broker’s platform).

Telegram (optional): if you link Telegram, we may store identifiers needed to associate your chat with your account (for example Telegram user id / chat id) and message delivery metadata.

Web push (optional): if you subscribe to browser notifications, we may store subscription endpoints and cryptographic keys required to send alerts you opted into.

Communications: messages you send us (for example support requests) and basic delivery metadata.

We do not intend to collect “special category” data (such as health data) through the Service.

Usage data and logs

When you use the Service, our servers and infrastructure may automatically process Usage Data such as IP address, user agent, request paths, status codes, and timestamps. We use this information for security, abuse prevention, debugging, capacity planning, and understanding aggregate product usage.

We do not use this Policy to describe every technical log field; we minimize collection to what is proportionate for operating a secure web application.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (authentication, security, session continuity), remembering preferences (such as language), and, where enabled, analytics or performance measurement.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or core features from working correctly.

If we use non-essential cookies that require consent in your region, we will present an appropriate control where required by law.

How we use personal data

We use Personal Data to:

Provide and operate the Service (accounts, dashboards, signal views, activation flows).

Secure the Service (fraud prevention, monitoring, enforcing our Terms).

Communicate with you about the product (service messages, security notices, and — where permitted — updates you can opt out of).

Improve reliability and performance (debugging, analytics in aggregate form where used).

Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of selling lists to advertisers. If we introduce advertising or materially new processing, we will update this Policy and controls as appropriate.

Sharing, subprocessors, and legal disclosure

We may share Personal Data with:

Infrastructure providers (for example hosting, databases, DNS, email delivery) who process data on our instructions under contractual safeguards.

Affiliate/broker partners only to the extent needed to operate referral/activation programs you choose to use (for example verifying an id against postback data). Those partners have their own privacy policies governing their platforms.

Telegram if you connect the bot — Telegram processes messages and identifiers under Telegram’s policies.

Professional advisers or authorities where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service.

We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notices where required.

Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example accounting, tax, or dispute resolution).

Account data is generally kept while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward to handle reinstatement, abuse investigations, or legal claims.

Technical logs may be kept for shorter rolling periods unless needed for security incidents.

You may request deletion where applicable law allows; some records may need to be retained in anonymized or statutory form.

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction.

Where transfers are restricted by law, we will implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) when required.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability or withdrawal of consent.

You can manage some information directly in the Service (for example password changes in settings where available, language selection, disconnecting Telegram or web push in the browser).

To exercise other rights, contact us using the method indicated on the site. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

Security and children

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and protect your devices.

The Service is not directed to children under the age where consent is required in your country without parental permission. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children inappropriately. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Third-party sites, changes, and contact

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or brokers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before providing information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example a banner or email) where appropriate.

Questions about this Policy: use the contact or support channel published on the Service when available.
